Class 3 – Relieving tension

Beginner’s level

This class provides relief to tension we might hold in the area around the neck and shoulders. You might like to have a trouser belt or tie ready (I demonstrate with a Leeds one!) as a aid. This is a stand alone video but you could do Class One or Two as a foundation.

I’ve developed further my technical skills with a bit of editing at the beginning and end of the filming.

I am a British Wheel of Yoga teacher in the North East of England. I set up this site for students who normally attend my yoga classes as an alternative way of practising during the pandemic.
