Class 8 – Breathing: Nadi Shodhana (alternative nostril breathing, visualisation)

Beginner’s level

You may want to do this practice late at night/in bed and combine with Class 9 – Relaxation: Kaya Kriya

Nadi Shodhana is a breathing practice which balances the energy channels, the left/ida and right/pingala nadis/energies, and the left and right hemispheres of the brain.

Reminder: please read the ‘Small Print’ blog

Sorry about the sound quality. I was attempting to record it at the same time as teaching on another device which was too close

I am a British Wheel of Yoga teacher in the North East of England. I set up this site for students who normally attend my yoga classes as an alternative way of practising during the pandemic. I have maintained an online class (on Mondays 17.45-19.15) and have resumed face-to-face teaching at Blue Flames Benton on Thursdays 17.45-19.15.
