Class 12 – Chocolate Meditation

All levels! and for little and big kiddies everywhere!

Today’s practice is something I like to teach at Easter (and also at Christmas) – it’s chocolate meditation! Choose some chocolate – ideally something which is wrapped – and take 5 minutes out of your day to bring your full attention to eating it. Experience how mindfulness enhances the taste and experience. What are you waiting for?
